Room TwoTwentyTwo is a collection of 7000 pieces of better vintage clothing and accessories from veteran collectors marcjoseph and Lisa Mionie. The legendary names of fashion are well represented – Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Scaasi, Halston, Rudi Gernreich, Thierry Mugler, Dior, along with dozens of others.

Both mens and womens clothing is available, most dating from the 1940s to the present. Room TwoTwentyTwo is an actual tiny showroom on Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles, just south of Melrose. On the second floor of an office building, the number 222 is on the door. It is open by appointment to stylists, costumers, collectors, and clothing dealers, along with the legions of adoring fans who love us dearly and can’t wait to get their hands on our goodies.

Marc and Lisa met when Lisa dropped in to the former marcjoseph showroom on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles. The two hit it off and talked about vintage fashion for hours. Lisa is a serious fashionista and has a beautiful collection of womens clothing from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. They decided to collaborate on Room TwoTwentyTwo when Marc closed the showroom to focus on producing events. Read our posts to see photos of the marcjoseph showroom.
